A teacher must study an educational course and get trained to qualify to teach the students…

Simple, isn’t it?
The Lungs of Mother Nature, the Amazonia Forest, is being burnt down to ashes!!!
Making no room for all living things to breathe, eat, drink and live healthily on the Earth!!!!
Amazon Forest on fire means irreversible extinction of unknown and unexplored beneficial 40,000 (approximately) varieties of plant species and 1500 (approximately) varieties of animal species creating a major blunder/imbalance in the ecological systemic cycle of the globe.
Let us save our Home Earth for our future generations!!!!!
The above blogs are the ones which got the most response and well appreciated among the viewers and followers. Thanks to each one of you who had shown a great gesture for the blog!
Although I connect to each of the above blogs very much, the first one in the list is of great importance to me and a favorite of mine as it is so intimate to me and I connect to it emotionally since it is a place which moulded me spiritually where I grew up playing with the neighborhood kids too.
A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to one and all!! 😀
It would have been better if we’d taken the popular train from Mettupalayam to Ooty, up the great mountains of Nilgiris, for it would have been a more relishing journey than by car. However, booking tickets was a hectic task as there was a great demand for them.
The pictures below are in a chronological order of our tour of Ootacamund (aka Ooty), the Beauty Queen Town of the Great Blue mountains of Nilgiris (‘Nila’ means Blue and ‘giri’ means mountain), Tamil Nadu, India.
A Lake in the Central part of the Town
Doddabetta, the highest peak of the Nilgiris
The Botanical Garden of Ooty
A Wayside Pine Forest on the Ooty-Mysore Highway on the Mountain Range
A lake on the other side of the pine forest

The Tea Plantations
After the pleasant trip, left our hearts in so many places in Ooty and thereabouts and returned home with sweet memories.
